This wine comes from the Aube Valley, an area just southwest of the heart of Champagne. Here the climate is slightly warmer, featuring clay and limestone soils. Vineyards are scattered on rolling hills of forests, farms and streams and the region is dominated by grower-producers looking to make unique wines with distinct character.

This wine is 70% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier. Grapes are hand harvested and the wine is aged on the lees for 24-30 months.
